Trombetta runs his fingers over the smooth pages of a big photo album, sniffing the lovely scent of the old paper.
One of his moms points to an empty space. "This is where your story began," she whispers. Trombetta tilts his head, furrowing his brow a little confused.
The other mom approaches with a smile. She takes out a small blue velvet box and opens it very carefully.
She reveals that to bring him to life, they needed a special seed, a precious gift that they did not have. Trombetta's eyes widen in great surprise.
Together, the moms unroll a big colorful map on the couch blankets. They point with their fingers to a faraway country called Denmark.
They explain that a very kind Danish man gave them the golden seed to help them form a family. Trombetta imagines him wrapping the seed in letter paper.
Trombetta takes the golden seed from the box. With great care, he places it on a round photograph that shows him with his two moms.
The soft light from the lamp creates a magical sparkling reflection on the small wooden object. Trombetta jumps up on the couch and claps his hands happily.
Without thinking twice, he leaps forward. He catches both moms in a strong hug that smells incredibly of fresh laundry.
They wrap him affectionately among the soft cushions, bursting into a big laugh. The album stays open on the floor, ready to be filled with new wonderful adventures.
