Tumbletusk tipped over the big toy bin. Out flew blocks, stuffed animals, and rolling cars. "Playtime!"
Clack-clack. Bump-bump. The toys skittered under the table and across the rug.
The next day, Tumbletusk pushed the door open. Then Tumbletusk stopped.
A toy car squeaked under one foot. Tumbletusk sat down with a small, "Oh."
First, Tumbletusk shoved the blocks into one pile. That helped a little.
Next came the stuffed animals. Plop, plop, plop. They landed on top.
Then Tumbletusk nudged the cars aside with a careful trunk. Zip! Zip! Back they rolled.
Oops! The pile toppled. A teddy flopped right over Tumbletusk's head.
Tumbletusk looked all around the crowded room. Still no space.
Tumbletusk pulled the toy bin close. This time, each thing went back where it belonged.
Blocks into the box. Stuffed animals onto the shelf. Cars into their basket.
Plink, plop, rumble. More and more floor appeared like magic.
Soon the middle of the rug was empty at last.
Tumbletusk built tall block towers. Then a little car rolled right between them.
The stuffed animals watched from the shelf. The room felt quiet and happy.
When playtime was done, Tumbletusk put each toy back in its place. Then came one pleased little nod.
