A bright green glow flickered between the trees. Arjun followed it along a mossy path.
The glow stopped at a mossy stump. A tiny door popped open, and a silver stream gurgled beneath it.
Arjun knelt beside the stump and peered inside. “Hello?” he whispered.
Arjun reached toward the door. Suddenly it sneezed—“Achoo!” Golden sparkles sprinkled his shoes.
Arjun jumped back, then laughed. Each step went, “Squeak! Squeak!”
Arjun tried a gentle knock, a loud knock, and a silly song. The door stayed shut.
Then glowing flowers leaned closer. Their petals pointed toward the silver stream.
Arjun followed the flowers and spotted a moon-shaped key beneath the water. It shone beside a round stone.
Arjun reached into the stream. A friendly frog hopped onto the key and rode away with it balanced on its head.
Arjun skipped after the frog. “Wait!” he called, holding out one squeaky, sparkling shoe.
The frog dropped the key. The stump door swung wide, and warm rainbow light spilled across the forest.
Arjun stepped through the rainbow light, ready for the next wonder. Behind him, the frog gave one proud little croak.
