Bobo spotted a golden mango on the tallest tree. He let out a happy trumpet sound and called for Milo.
The monkey companion scampers up the trunk. The mango shimmers impossibly high. Bobo's ears droop.
Milo gives Bobo a nudge and points down the jungle path. Bobo follows with a heavy step.
A wall of tangled vines blocks the way. Bobo pushes and pushes, but they will not budge.
Milo darts into the vines, zigzagging through the thickest part. Bobo watches his ears bounce.
A golden mango drops with a soft thump at Bobo's feet. The monkey tumbles out in a heap of leaves.
Bobo scoops up the mango and holds it high, trunk curling with delight. The sweet scent fills the air.
Bobo breaks the mango in two and offers the bigger half to Milo. Milo's tail wags happily.
Bobo and Milo sit side by side, munching the golden mango until their trunks are sticky and sweet.
Milo gives Bobo a slow, happy blink. Bobo nudges him toward the next mango tree.
