Kiko spotted something in the garden patch. A sunflower drooped low.
Kiko unclipped the tiny watering can and marched over. The flower did not move.
Kiko poured water from the tiny can. Pitter-patter. The water soaked into the dirt.
The next morning, Kiko watered the sunflower again. Pitter-patter.
A green leaf lifted. Kiko beeped happily and patted the warm soil.
On the third day, Kiko watered the sunflower again.
The flower turned its face toward the sun. Kiko's lights flashed green.
Kiko jumped up and down in muddy footprints.
The sunflower stood tall and bright in the garden.
Kiko sat beside it. The empty watering can rested on the ground.
