Luna lies on her bed in the sunny bedroom. A golden sunbeam creeps across the quilt. She closes her sleepy eyes.
The sunbeam tickles Luna's toes. She wiggles them. A blue sock slides off her foot and lands on the floor.
The sunbeam climbs higher up the bed. It traces along Luna's arm. She smiles at the gentle warmth.
A butterfly flutters past the window. Luna watches it with her eyes still closed, a small smile on her face.
The sunbeam finally reaches Luna's nose. It tickles gently. Her smile grows wide and bright.
Her hair fans out on the white pillow. Morning light surrounds her resting face in the warm bedroom.
Luna sleeps peacefully with her wide smile. The sunbeam rests softly beside her head on the pillow.
The quilt is warm and golden around her. Sweet dreams come drifting down to Luna.
