Lyriq suddenly wiggles and hurries into the cozy bathroom. The soft floor mat squishes under his feet.
Lyriq points to the toilet. “I need to wee!”
Lyriq pulls down his pants and climbs onto the toilet. Gurgle! The funny sound makes him pause, then smile.
Lyriq uses the toilet and waits quietly. The bathroom stays calm and cozy.
Lyriq reaches for the flush. Whoosh! Water swirls into a tiny whirlpool.
Lyriq laughs and watches until the whirlpool disappears. Then he turns toward the sink.
Lyriq turns on the tap and pumps soap. Bubbles slide over his fingers as he rubs and rinses.
Lyriq shakes the water into the sink. Drip, drip! He reaches for the soft towel.
Lyriq dries his hands on the soft towel. He stands tall beside the sparkling sink.
“I took care of myself!” Lyriq grins. Then he trots out, ready for the next play.
