Mira stepped into the library. The books hummed on the shelves. She picked one up. It fluttered its pages like wings.
She opened the cover. A gold stamp appeared: Dreamed by Clara, 2019. Mira touched the letters. They were warm.
Mira checked more books. Each had a different stamp. Dreamed by Ben. Dreamed by Yuki.
She found a book with no stamp. She flipped through the blank pages. It set down. A warm glow began on the last page.
The page glowed gold. Mira's name was stamped there: Dreamed by Mira. She traced the letters slowly.
Her friend arrived at the door. Mira quickly showed the book. Her friend's eyes went wide.
Mira opened to the glowing page. Look, she said. Her friend read the name. They both smiled.
Mira hugged her book close. Her friend waved at the other books. They sat together and read.
