A rainbow arcs over the lake. Pip the duck flaps both wings and splashes into the cool water.

Waaaah-quack! Pip flaps both wings at once, sending a trail of sparkles behind it.

A small green ripple moves near the lily pads. Something is waking up.

Pip bumps a lily pad — knock-knock-knock. A tiny frog pops up wearing a dandelion fluff hat!

Pip paddles three quick circles around the frog. "Again again!" croaks the frog.

Pip dives headfirst beneath the lily pads and surfaces with a loud splat. The frog leaps onto its back!

They race around the lily pads in a fast loop-de-loop. Droplets hang in the air, catching rainbow colors.

They both freeze with wide eyes — then burst into happy little jumps! The frog giggles all the way.

The frog curls up asleep on a flat lily pad. Pip rests a wing against its side and hums a soft quacking tune.

A warm sunbeam lands between them. The rainbow glows extra bright on the water, and Pip rests quietly.
