In a sunny meadow beside a cozy burrow, a little bunny hops along the flower path.
She plucks three bright red roses. Their petals are warm and velvety. She carries them toward the meadow, nose twitching at the sweet perfume.
Rosie offers a rose to Squeak. He sneezes when the petals brush his whiskers! 'Achoo!' he cries.
Rosie offers another to Pip. He giggles as the thorns tickle his belly.
Only one rose remains. A butterfly lands on the bloom and shakes rainbow dust all over Rosie's ears.
Rosie gasps. Every flower, blade of grass, and pebble shimmers with color.
The rainbow dust flies into the sky. A giant rainbow arches over the meadow, painting everything in streaks of orange and violet.
Every creature looks up and smiles — Squeak, Pip, the butterfly, even the grumpy old toad by the pond.
Rosie lies back in the rainbow-tinted grass beside her two friends. The last red rose rests between them.
Squeak takes a petal. Pip takes a petal. They share the last one, nibbling slowly.
The meadow glows around them. It is the best day ever.
And somewhere in the grass, Squeak whispers: 'Same time tomorrow?'
