Rourou stood at the door. His fingers gripped the handle. A bassoon toot shook the whole building. He took one step inside.
Rourou tiptoed down the aisle. Every seat was taken. He slid against the wall and sat on the floor.
The spotlight clicked on. The fox tapped the xylophone. The whole hall started moving. Rourou covered his ears.
Then Rourou peeked through his fingers. The crowd was happy. Ding-ding-dong! The music wrapped around him like a blanket.
The fox pointed a mallet at Rourou and said, "You!" Rourou shook his head no.
The frog hopped down and pressed a tiny drum into Rourou's hands. "Tap," said the frog. Rourou tapped.
The frog said, "Tap." The fox played along. Rourou tapped faster. Ding-ding-dong-ding!
The whole hall erupted. Animals sang and danced. Rourou drummed with his arms going wild. Ding-ding-ding!
Rourou stood in the middle of the dancing crowd. His cheeks were red from laughing. Ding-a-ling!
The fox handed Rourou a flower made of sheet music. Rourou tucked it behind his ear and kept tapping.
The flower sat behind Rourou's ear. He tapped his drum. The fox kept playing. The music never stopped.
The hall rang with music. Rourou tapped along. The frog tapped too. Ding-ding-dong!
