A sunny prehistoric valley hummed with life. Two young dinosaurs played beside a sparkling river.
Rumble pushed Spike. SPLASH! They tumbled into the shallow water together. Rumble popped up with a fern stuck on his head. "Why are we doing this?"
Rumble climbed out and nudged Spike. Spike nudged back. Their feet skidded across the sunny mud, leaving silly zigzag tracks. "Let's try something else."
Rumble rolled the stone toward Spike. Spike rolled it back. It bumped a fern and leaves fluttered over both of them. Rumble giggled.
Spike laughed too. Soon they were racing the stone toward the volcanoes. The stone bounced along the grassy path with the two dinosaurs close behind.
They chased the stone up a warm rocky slope. Suddenly it popped over the edge and rolled downhill, faster and faster. Both dinosaurs bounced after it.
Rumble leaped, caught the stone, and landed in a soft pile of ferns.
Rumble carried the stone back to the river. Spike bumped Rumble gently. Rumble bumped Spike back.
They rolled the stone together, splashing and laughing. The stone bounced through the shallow water as they chased it beneath the bright prehistoric sky.
The two young dinosaurs played until the sun began to set over the volcanoes. Best friends, having the best day ever.
