The butterfly circled once more and set the sprout down gently on a sun-warmed flat rock. Soft golden light surrounded everything.
Around the rock, butterflies danced in the warm air. A stream glinted nearby. The sprout watched, happy and rooted.
The sprout's roots dug deeper into the soil. Thank you, it whispered to the meadow. I saw it all.
