A cozy nursery. Sunlight fills the room.
The baby girl sees the yellow duck. Her fingers twitch.
She crawls forward and bumps the rolled blanket.
She tries to climb over but slides back. So frustrated!
She goes around the block and lunges for the duck.
She grabs it! The duck quacks and she jumps.
Her eyes crinkle. She shakes the duck again and laughs.
She sits back and hugs the duck tight.
She coos at the duck and gives it a kiss.
The sun warms her back. Pat-pat-pat goes her hand.
