Crystal’s knees buckle beside the rainbow waterfall. She holds out her empty pouch. “I need the magic crystal!”
The waterfall suddenly roars louder. Crystal grips the pouch and looks toward the forest path. Somewhere beyond the trees, a faint chime answers.
Crystal’s pet tiger leads the way. The magic crystal wolf, owl, koala, two wolves, and cheetah follow close behind.
They cross slippery stones. Boing! The koala lands on the tiger’s head like a furry hat.
Crystal reaches for a glowing crystal vine. A gust scatters sparkling leaves across the path.
The owl spots a hidden trail. The wolves and cheetah clear the leaves while Crystal follows the chiming sound.
At the cave, a crystal bridge cracks above rushing water. Crystal steps forward with the tiger beside her.
The magic crystal wolf lights the dark. Together, they cross as stones drop with loud plunks.
Beneath a rainbow, Crystal finds the magic crystal. She lifts it high, and golden light pours through the cave.
Crystal touches the magic crystal to her empty pouch. Flash! Golden light races through the forest.
Crystal stands tall again. Every animal cheers, hoots, howls, and squeaks beneath the shining waterfall.
“Hooray!” cries the koala. Crystal’s pouch glows, the waterfall sings, and rainbow light dances from tree to tree.
