“Teddy is in the basket!” Mom called. Nellora dug through the blankets. Pop!
Mom put Teddy on the sofa. Nellora patted the bumpy cushion.
Mom slipped Teddy under the table. Nellora crawled past chair legs. “Under!”
Teddy peeked behind the curtain. Nellora stopped and gasped.
Teddy sat in front of the lamp. A giant bear shadow climbed the wall!
Then Nellora spotted Teddy next to the books. Bright stripes lined the shelf.
Nellora grabbed Teddy. “Now Mom finds!” She hid him in the basket.
Next, Nellora tucked Teddy on the sofa. “On!” she called.
Then Teddy went under the table. “Under!” Nellora whispered.
Behind the curtain went Teddy. “Behind!” Nellora sang.
Teddy sat in front of the lamp again. “In front!” Nellora said.
Nellora tucked Teddy next to the books. Mom looked all around. “Hmm... where is Teddy?”
Nellora pointed beside the books. “Next to!” Mom found Teddy and gave him a silly bow.
